Work history

My career has been very nonlinear. It has spanned editorial, volunteering, community, software engineering, founding startups, working in startups, scaleups, universities and big tech; executive roles, management roles, individual contributor roles; design, research, and product... as well as a number of side quests. A linear resume has never done this justice. And so please enjoy this exploration of my working life.
